- A list with all of the active orders for the day will appear. For every one of them there is the following info:
- Number
- Status
- Driver’s name
- Time when the driver should be in the kitchen
- Time and address for the order
- Info about the client containing name, phone number and comment on the address
- Total with separate line showing the delivery price and payment type

What does the home page display?
What does the display for now orders contain?
- Log in as logistic partner
- From the order list click the button +Create New Order (you are redirected to the display Create Order). You need to fill in the following:
- Name of the restaurant which will complete the order
- Address of the restaurant. By clicking button “…”, the fields for name and address of the restaurant remain blank and you can write information by your choice. If you choose the other button, “Partners”, a window with all restaurants that work with the selected merchant will appear. When choosing one of them, the name and address will fill in automatically.
- Driver – you can select which one of your drivers to complete the order or choose this later.
- Time for the driver – when should the driver be at the restaurant and take an order. It is automatically set in the settings of the logistic partner but also can be edited manually.
Name for contact – the client’s name
- Phone
- The client’s address – write the delivery address and when the order is sent a check is made: if the address is valid and is covered by the restaurant, the order is sent successfully; if the address is valid but not covered by the restaurant, you stay on the same page with a description of the problem; if the address is invalid, again you remain on the same page with a description of the problem. There is a car shaped button, when clicked opens a new Google Maps tab with the route from the restaurant to the end client.
- Comment on the order’s address
- Time for delivery – This is the time when the driver should arrive to the client. If the address is written manually, the pre-set time from the logistic partner’s settings is loaded; if the address is chosen from the list with the restaurants, which it works with, the time from the merchant’s zones is shown. A completely different time can also be set.
- Cart – this sum is written manually
- Delivery price – This price is calculated automatically when a restaurant is chosen: if it is manually (the info is set from the zones of the logistic partner) or from the list with restaurants (the info is set from the merchant’s zones). The price can be edited by choice.
- Total – calculated automatically when all the prices in the cart are added along with the delivery price. It can also be put manually.
- Payment type.
How to see the orders’ history?
- Log in as Logistic Partner
- From the home page click the button History
- There is a list with all delivered, rejected or completed orders for 7 days.
How to make a report for drivers?
- Log in as Logistic Partner
- From main Menu choose Reports
- Choose Report for orders accomplishment – when clicking this button you are redirected to a display, where you can insert initial and final date and choose if you want the report in web view or excel file.
- This report contains the following columns:
- Number / Data of the order
- Accepted from logistic partner
- Accepted from driver
- The driver is in the restaurant
- Taken from driver
- The driver is at the address
- Time for delivery
- Driver’s name
How to make a report for the accomplishment of deliveries?
- Log in as Logistic Partner
- From main Menu choose Report
- Choose Drivers Report – by clicking this button, you are redirected to a page, where you need to insert start and end date and choose if you want the report in web view or excel file
- This report contains:
- Number/Date of the order
- Location address
- Delivery address
- Zone
- Delivery price
- Driver
- Measured distance in kilometers from the address of the restaurant to the client’s address
- Measured time in minutes from the departure from the kitchen to the client’s address
- What part of the price is paid online
- What part of the price is paid in cash
How to create operators and administrators?
- Log in as Logistic Partner
- From main Menu choose Admins/Operators and all of them will show up with a filter for active/inactive
- By clicking the button +Create, you are redirected to a page where you need to fill:
- Username
- Tick Active
- Phone Number
- Password
- Confirm Password
- Tick To Receive Emails
How to add a code to a driver?
- Log in as Logistic Partner
- From main Menu choose Drivers
- Then choose Driver Codes
- In this display you can create a new code by clicking the button +Generate or use an already existing one
How to add a driver?
- Log in as Logistic Partner
- From main Menu choose Drivers
- Then choose +Create
- The information needed is:
- Username – the name with which the driver logs in
- Name
- Active or not
- PIN
- Code
- Car
- Car Number
- Phone
- After saving you are redirected to the page with all drivers
How to add a Delivery Area?
- Log in as Logistic Partner
- From main Menu choose Delivery Areas (a page is loaded with all areas added until now, which can be edited or deleted. There is also a map where every area is drawn.)
- Click the button +Create
- You are redirected to a page where you which contains the following:
- Title
- Name
- Commercial Fee
- Minutes for preparing and delivery – if you leave this field blank, the system will use the time set in the logistic partner’s settings
- Delivery Fees
- KML File
- Drop-down menu where you choose which are to be shown on the map (it shows only after uploading the kml file)
- Google Map URL – you can open the map directly in Google Maps
- Map, where the selected area is drawn
How to see the partners?
- Log in as Logistic Partner
- From main Menu choose Partners (you are redirected to a page where all merchants that work with the logistic partner are shown)
How to set or change the settings of the logistic partner?
- Log in as Logistic Partner
- Choose Options/Settings – a page is loaded, containing the following information:
- Choose External Type System
- Minutes for preparing and delivery
- Minutes for time after kitchen time – when it is possible for the driver to get the order
- Minutes for accepting the order by a driver
- Minutes for accepting the order by an operator
- Choose if you want a sound for a new order and automatic reload of the page with the orders (If you tick the box, a number of sounds are loaded)
