Restaurant Settings

How to create a restaurant?

  • Log in as merchant or main administrator of a restaurant
  • Click the button +Create under Restaurants
  • You need to:
    • Upload main photo of the restaurant
    • Fill in the main settings (title, address, description, photos, payment settings)
    • Set the working time schedule
    • Edit zoning/delivery fees
    • Set city/location
    • Add additional settings (reservation, automatic update on POS quantities, POS settings, send the order to POS as closed)
  • After completion click Save

How to deactivate a restaurant?

  • Log in as merchant or main administrator of a restaurant
  • Click the button Deactivate
  • The restaurant is deactivated and can be found in Inactive

How to activate a restaurant?

  • Log in as merchant or main administrator of a restaurant
  • Find the restaurant in section Inactive
  • Click the button Activate

Menu Settings

How to create a menu?

  • Log in as merchant or main administrator of a restaurant or menu administrator
  • Choose a restaurant and click over Menus
  • Click the button +Create
  • Fill in the main settings:
    • Name
    • Detailed description
    • Promo message
  • Tick Monitor and Define Quantities, if you want this function to be valid for this menu
  • Choose the type of this menu
    • Delivery
    • Take-away
    • Office ordering
    • Preordering
  • Fill in the additional settings (More information about the options can be found below)
  • Click Save

How to deactivate a menu?

  • Log in as merchant or main administrator of a restaurant or menu administrator
  • Choose a restaurant and click over Menus
  • Choose the selected menu and click Deactivate
  • Click Save

How to activate a menu?

  • Log in as merchant or main administrator of a restaurant or menu administrator
  • Choose a restaurant and click over Menus
  • Select Inactive (located in the upper-right corner)
  • Choose the selected menu and click Activate
  • Click Save

Work with Call Center

How to log in as operator?

  • Go to the Log in page
  • Write the username and the password of the operator
  • Click on button Log on

How to search among the orders?

  • Log in as Operator
  • In the main window go to Search
  • Write the unique order code
  • The search result will be your order

How to filter among the orders?

  • Log in as Operator
    • Go to the drop-down menu Filters
  • By Restaurant
  • By Status
  • By Channel
  • By Order Type
  • By Payment Type
  • By Time
  • After the filter is selected, the page will reload and return the results

 

 

 

Work with Logistic Partner

What does the home page display?

  • Log in as logistic partner
  • A list with all of the active orders for the day will appear. For every one of them there is the following info:
    • Number
    • Status
    • Driver’s name
    • Time when the driver should be in the kitchen
    • Time and address for the order
    • Info about the client containing name, phone number and comment on the address
    • Total with separate line showing the delivery price and payment type

What does the display for now orders contain?

  • Log in as logistic partner
  • From the order list click the button +Create New Order (you are redirected to the display Create Order). You need to fill in the following:
    • Name of the restaurant which will complete the order
    • Address of the restaurant. By clicking button “…”, the fields for name and address of the restaurant remain blank and you can write information by your choice. If you choose the other button, “Partners”, a window with all restaurants that work with the selected merchant will appear. When choosing one of them, the name and address will fill in automatically.
    • Driver – you can select which one of your drivers to complete the order or choose this later.
    • Time for the driver – when should the driver be at the restaurant and take an order. It is automatically set in the settings of the logistic partner but also can be edited manually.

 

Name for contact – the client’s name

 

  • Phone
  • The client’s address – write the delivery address and when the order is sent a check is made: if the address is valid and is covered by the restaurant, the order is sent successfully; if the address is valid but not covered by the restaurant, you stay on the same page with a description of the problem; if the address is invalid, again you remain on the same page with a description of the problem. There is a car shaped button, when clicked opens a new Google Maps tab with the route from the restaurant to the end client.
  • Comment on the order’s address
  • Time for delivery – This is the time when the driver should arrive to the client. If the address is written manually, the pre-set time from the logistic partner’s settings is loaded; if the address is chosen from the list with the restaurants, which it works with, the time from the merchant’s zones is shown. A completely different time can also be set.
  • Cart – this sum is written manually
  • Delivery price – This price is calculated automatically when a restaurant is chosen: if it is manually (the info is set from the zones of the logistic partner) or from the list with restaurants (the info is set from the merchant’s zones). The price can be edited by choice.
  • Total – calculated automatically when all the prices in the cart are added along with the delivery price. It can also be put manually.
  • Payment type.

How to see the history of orders?

  • Log in as Logistic Partner
  • From the home page click the button History
  • There is a list with all delivered, rejected or completed orders for 7 days.

Work with other types of users

Orders operator

  • Log in as orders operator
  • You can:
    • Work with orders (more information in section Work with Call Center)
    • Set settings of customers for menu type
    • Manage quantities
    • Make reports (more information in Types of Reports)

Main administrator of menus

  • Log in as orders operator
  • You can:
    • Work with all restaurant settings (See more in section Restaurant Settings)
    • Work with the restaurant information
    • Manage menus (See more in Menu Settings)

Menu Administrator

  • Log in as menu administrator
  • You can:
    • Manage the menus (See more in Menu Settings)
    • See the report for the orders

  • Log in the system with one of the user types
    • Standard merchant
    • Merchant with company ordering
    • Logistic partner
  • Go to Main ⇒ Reports
  • Choose a type of Report

  • You can choose from the following:
    • Report by customers and their orders
